1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using B2Pass, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

2. Service Description

B2Pass provides a digital platform for:

  • QR code event access control
  • Guest and attendee management
  • Digital invitations and credentials
  • Entry validation and attendance tracking
  • Event analytics and reporting

3. User Accounts

Users and organizers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for account activity

B2Pass reserves the right to suspend accounts for misuse.

4. Responsibilities of Event Organizers

Event organizers must:

  • Obtain consent before uploading guest data
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and event regulations
  • Use attendee information responsibly
  • Not misuse or resell personal data collected through B2Pass

5. QR Codes and Event Access

  • QR codes are unique identifiers for event access.
  • Codes may be single-use or multi-use depending on configuration.
  • Unauthorized duplication or sharing may result in denied entry.
  • B2Pass is not responsible for misuse of shared credentials.

6. Platform Availability

While we aim for high availability, B2Pass does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Interruptions may occur due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Network failures
  • Third-party service issues
  • Events beyond reasonable control

7. Fees and Payments

If paid services apply:

  • Fees must be paid as agreed.
  • Payments may be non-refundable unless specified.
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems
  • Reverse engineer or copy the platform
  • Upload harmful or malicious content
  • Use B2Pass for illegal activities
  • Interfere with system operations

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and platform content remain the property of B2Pass. Users receive a limited license solely for service usage.

10. Data Ownership

Event organizers retain ownership of uploaded event data. B2Pass retains ownership of system technology and anonymized analytics.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, B2Pass shall not be liable for event cancellations or disputes, entry denial due to invalid credentials, business losses or indirect damages, or third-party system failures.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if terms are violated, fraudulent activity is detected, or legal or security risks arise.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

14. Amendments

B2Pass may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
